The City of Pomona is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for a project in the basement at City Hall.

At the time of submittal, bidders must meet the following requirements:
• Hold a B Contractor’s License
• Be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of submitting bid.
• Include Department of Industrial Relations number in bid as well as Contractors State License Board number on subcontractors form.
• Must possess a city of Pomona business license or obtain one before start of project, must also provide proof of insurance.
• Job must be bid at prevailing wage
