Project estimate ±$800,000.

This is a complete teardown of existing bathroom & slab with rebuild per specification.

Special consideration should be given to retaining existing electrical control panels that are part of the existing structure. The entire structure needs to be removed with the exception of these control panels. There were lots of questions about this aspect of the job.

Dirt and debris need to be removed. Option to use city of Inglewood environmental services. No trucks on the walking track. Don’t store anything on site due to theft. Suggested leasing a secure storage/parking location nearby. 11 bidders in attendance. This project was previously bid by multiple contractors in attendance. All bids were rejected.
