Notice is hereby given that the governing board (“Board”) of the Colton Joint Unified School District (“District”) will receive sealed bids for the following project, Grand Terrace Elementary School Vivienda Median Project, Bid No. 26-04FAC (“Project” or “Contract”). The Project consists of all labor & equipment and services necessary to construct the median and fencing per plan and city codes. Contract Documents are available as of February 03 for review and downloaded from Mission Reprographics website at www.missionreproplanroom.com.

Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00p.m. (PDT), February 16, 2026 at the Facilities & Energy Management Office located 325 Hermosa Avenue, Building 5, Colton, CA 92324, at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. All bids shall be on the form provided by the District and must be responsive.

To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations and to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: “A” or “B”. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract.
