There is an upper access gate from the north.

Refinish/stain all exterior wood. Some door frames excluded. Remove/strip/stain/replace. Or strip in place & refinish. Replace wood that is damaged. 

Posts under the deck are included. Very difficult to do this. Possible to put workers in the pond. 

Koi pond is very sensitive to chemicals/debris.  Koi pond has a solid bottom. You can put a ladder in there. Water in the koi pond is 21” deep.
