The work under this contract involves the construction of a new 4,200 square foot engineered metal welding building at the InTech Center, located on the Fontana SCI/Nucor campus at 9400 Cherry Ave., Fontana, CA 92337. The scope of the project includes the building itself, exterior patios, site walls, and electric vehicle (EV) parking. This solicitation is issued by the OWNER, who will be responsible for awarding the contract. The contract is being established to support the development of new welding facilities at the InTech Center, enhancing the campus's infrastructure and capabilities. Requirements for this contract include submission of a responsive bid. The OWNER will determine the lowest responsible Bidder based solely on the BASEBID. The OWNER also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
